The programme of events planned for the Science & Technology group until December can be found below.

Below are further details on the events planned:
 
October 2nd – trip to Buckinghamshire Railway Centre and Vale of Aylesbury Model Engineering Society(VAMES).  There will be a tour around the site, to include a trip on the miniature railway also on site.  The cost will be £14, which will include the tour, tea or coffee on arrival and a light lunch.  For further details see the attached sheet.
 
November 7th – Talk by Bob Woodman from Wendover, who will be talking about Fusion developments, the technique of possible unlimited energy which the UK is in the forefront of development. 2.30pm in Weston Turville Chapel Hall. 
 
November 14th – at the spreadsheet course in August, we proposed a further workshop on using spreadsheets to manage your finances which Paul has been working on.  This workshop will be from 2pm-4pm in the Weston Turville Chapel Hall as before.  Anyone who did not attend the original course but is interested in joining in will be welcome.  A laptop will be need to take part in the practise. 
 
December 5th – Talk by Gwyn Williams on ‘Concorde – The Beginning and the End’. 2.30pm in Weston Turville Chapel Hall.
