WTU3A General Meeting – 25th July 2019 – Update

Dear Members

Late afternoon on 24th July, Lindengate Mental Health Charity cancelled the speaker booked to give us a talk at our meeting on the 25th July.  Our contact informed us that the director of Lindengate advised that  volunteers should not attend at the Lindengate site due to the high temperatures forecast for tomorrow, and therefore the speaker is unable to attend our meeting.

The Committee have not been able to organise an alternative speaker at such short notice, so if you wish, please do use this meeting as a social event, as the group leaders tables, books, games and magazines will still be available.  However it is likely that the meeting will finish earlier than usual (i.e. 3-3.30pm).
