Virtual Garden Tours

13 May, 2020
Mary Duly of the Garden Visits group says…

Hope you are all well – I thought I would highlight some virtual garden tours that you might be interested in looking at:

The Royal Parks have put a virtual tour of The Isabella Plantation, Richmond Park on YouTube, showing their magnificent display of rhododendrons and azaleas.

The National Gardens Scheme (NGS) have a series of virtual garden tours on their website https://ngs.org.uk. for viewing and we have been informed of a film of the Long Crendon Gardens made by by Cathy Jones, a professional film maker and resident of the village. This week the film is on the NGS website as as part of their Gardens and Health campaign.  I think that it is a  beautiful film and the garden of Mike Price is included, in which he and his Head Gardener – Carol are featured.  https://ngs.org.uk/long-crendon-a-community-of-gardeners/

Happy Gardening!
