Our next general meeting is on Thursday 22nd September when Tony Earle will present “The History of the Silver Screen”.  Through the ages people have dreamed of moving pictures culminating in elaborate Victorian slide shows. It was not until the 1880’s that ‘Movies’ arrived.

The WTu3a Christmas Lunch is at The Chiltern Forest Golf Club on Wednesday, 7th December. Contact Carol Williams and Brenda Spear on xmaslunch@wtu3a.org.uk to book your place.  Here is the menu.  

Still tickets available for the next event in our 10yr+2 Anniversary celebrations.  The 60’s Music night is on Wednesday, 28th September. Full details on the flyer here.
