Taking place on the 2nd Wednesday of evening month, Judith of Edinburgh u3a is leading a workshop on Laughter Yoga, designed to introduce members to the many health and social benefits that laughter brings us. Laughter Yoga dates are: 8/9, 13/10, 10/11 and 8/12 at 10am. Free on Zoom.

The Geology of Sedimentary Rocks Part 1: Continental Rocks
Thursday, 7 October – 2pm – 3:30pm
In the first talk, we will first look at continental clastic sedimentary rocks formed on land such as by glaciers and rivers or in lakes and deserts when Britain was near the equator.
